Mail us with questions, bugs, a player or boat to report, or a request to delete your data. Tell us the driver name you use and, for a report, what happened, when, and the lake or the boat's name.
In the game, Settings > HELP & SAFETY has this address, this page, the privacy page and the online rules.
Ask on the forum
The forum's Help & support board is the place for questions other players can answer too. Bug reports and ideas have their own boards.
Report or block a player
- Shared boats: ONLINE > ONLINE BOATS on the iPhone, BOAT BUILDER > ONLINE BOATS on the PC; pick a boat, then REPORT or BLOCK AUTHOR.
- Free roam and online races: PLAYERS in the menu, then REPORT or BLOCK next to the player.
- Courses in free roam: REPORT next to a player's course on the courses page.
The game asks you to accept the online rules before your name goes on the online lists or you play online.
When you report, what you reported is hidden for you straight away. Our moderators get every report by mail and review it within 24 hours: content that breaks the online rules is removed and the player is banned. A boat that several players report is hidden for everyone until it has been reviewed.
A block hides that player's chat, the text on their boat, their shared boats and their courses from you at once, and lets our moderators know. To undo a block: Settings > HELP & SAFETY > BLOCKED PLAYERS.
Driver names, boat names, the text on boats, course names and chat are also checked for offensive words, in the game and on our server. If something gets past the filter, please report it.
